This course is aimed at project managers or future project managers, school management responsible for educational projects. The course focuses on European projects possibilities in the educational environment. The aim of the course is to expand participants` understanding of executing, developing, planning and managing European projects.

The course lasts 27 hours and will consist of theoretical and practical activities. The methodology will be based on integration of theory and practice as well as sharing expertise and analyzing case studies. The following methods will be applied:
